Datatelligence still doesnt want to pay or answer emails

I swore I wouldn't do anymore datatelligence surveys because they never paid me for a survey done back on 8/12/2013.I thought it was mostly their gift code incentives they are bad about paying but it may be their datapoints to boot.I wrote to them twice and never got a response.Last time I told them I wouldn't do anymore until I got my 200 datapoints.Well I caved (lack of money will sometimes do this to you) and I took a survey on the 7th of this month.When I checked my account no points.So how long does it take them to give them to you?After this experience it might just be it, I only have 200 datapoints and I can walk on that.I like to think I'm not stupid enough to keep walking back to their surveys only not to be paid.
