fiestyvermin
I get these all the time and consider it to be the stupidest thing in the entire world. These companies ask us to tell us what places or what shoes and and ask us to put in brands we can remember on the very next screen after asking this question they give us a list of all the of these and ask us to choose which ones. Why not just show the list and do away with asking us to type in anything cause it has nothing to do with the survey nor does it affect the outcome. The one today was about stores I had bought from and it had 5 boxes and would not let me advance till I put in 5 names then after hitting submit it asks me to choose the stores I recognize. If that is the case what difference does it make for me to type anything in? I know this has probably been asked a 1000 times but still idiotic and makes zero sense cause it adds nothing to the survey or the outcome. JD
Seems pretty idiotic. I am careful though when they ask for names. Often they will then have questions about each and every name you input with pages and pages of questions for the names you entered. I just limit the names to the one or 2 I know really really well. ksedwar
This has always been very high on my annoyance list. You can usually get by with just filling in one box with about anything so doing that cuts down on time and being annoyed. Filling in all 5 to 10 boxes makes no difference to filling in just 1 box 99% of the time.
fiestyvermin
I tried and when putting in one name it would not advance I had to put something in every box. There is no check and they cared zero for what was in the box just so long as it was something. Complete and total waste. lol

Trueblue
I usually put in two at most and then put "many more"
TomServo
Just type in one random character on the first line and hit the button for the next page. Works 99% of the time. I think I've only seen one survey of that nature where I actually had to type in a full name to make it work.
dawn_b_adams
I'll just type "none" or "N/A", and that usually does the trick.
