My Opinion Now are they getting better

I haven't done a survey for them in a very long time.Reason ?When I did their surveys they wouldn't give me my points nor would they respond to my emails.Since it has been a long time I was wondering if they have changed?I would give them another try if so, but I hate wasting my time,so does anyone have the scoop on them?Plus I have 13,450 in my account I only need 20,000 points to cash out.I got those when they changed their site from non paying to paying.
