This study consists of a combination of scaled, open-ended questions and close-ended questions in relation to a hiring scenario. Participants will be asked complete a letter of consent, demographic survey, and other questionnaires such as personality items. This survey may take up to 60 minutes to complete. To participate in this study, you must be a Canadian resident between the ages of 17- 65. This study has been approved by the Saint Mary's Research Ethics Board (REB #14-176).
