How often does your bedsheet become untucked from your mattress? a. Frequently. b. Occasionally. c. Rarely. 2. Do you have to keep retucking it no matter how much you tucked it in the last time? a. Yes. b. No. c. Sometimes. 3. If you previously answered yes, does this annoy you? a. Yes. b. No. c. It’s not a problem for me. 4. Do you have this problem with fitted and/or unfitted sheets? a. Fitted. b. Unfitted. c. Both. d. Neither. 5. Should bedsheets and mattresses be better designed to address this issue? a. Yes. b. No. c. It’s not an issue for me.
