I submitted the claim, then waited 3 months for my voucher. I sent them several messages, which they didn't reply to. Then I finally received an email, containing a voucher code, but they didn't bother telling me which website it was for! I've sent them another email asking them where I can spend the voucher code, but I don't hold out much hope of a reply! I've spent ages trying to use the code with Amazon, HighStreetVouchers.com, More2You.co.uk, Love2reward.co.uk, but it doesn't seem to be the right code for any of those websites. fluffy501 Posted September 18, 2014 Report Share Posted September 18, 2014 I don't know because I'm not on that website but when you redeemed the voucher I'd have thought you'd have chosen which shop it was for?
