Plus I have enough to cash in for a GC I think I should get that before I file-I mean what if they wanted to close my account that would be scary.

I did and as soon as I cashed out the gc was delivered to my mailbox.

I stopped doing their surveys because the rewards were lame but I never had an issue with them to go to the BBB. Always got my gift cards. One time they were slow and I emailed and they emailed back in a few days that due to XMas demand rewards were slow but I got that reward. That was back this past December.
