JD Posted September 26, 2014 Report Share Posted September 26, 2014 I stopped doing their surveys because the rewards were lame but I never had an issue with them to go to the BBB. Always got my gift cards. One time they were slow and I emailed and they emailed back in a few days that due to XMas demand rewards were slow but I got that reward. That was back this past December.
