Cashcrate problems

Recently logged onto Cashcrate to see how I was doing - had previously had at least $6 on my dashboard, but now the amount doesn't show on the dashboard, instead you get lots of silly profiling questions, and when you go to the home page and log on again, you've been reduced to $1! Contacted support, got a very earnest answer saying that (1) I must have had an account under a different email address (not the case); (2) I must have tried lots of surveys and been screened out of every single one (why would I go on bothering?) or (3) All of my attempts must have been disqualified retrospectively in one go (so why isn't this happening on any other survey site, if my contributions are of such poor quality?). Not impressed.
