Ipsos -My purchase diary-are you able to log

So I went there yesterday to log on my purchases and it wont keep the info.Is anyone else having problems ?Every time I email asking them a question it seems to take forever to get a response or then they never respond.All I know is that I'm at the end of the year and expect my bonus ,so I hope I still get that. I just want to finish what I started so I can be done.
