Were you able to see the video without difficulties

I'm not talking about the test videos but a video in the middle of the survey, if you have trouble or the video doesn't work and you click that - they just kick you out! No matter how far in you are! Luckily I was just at the start this time. There's no "what problems did you have with the video?" Or "you can continue anyway" - you just get screened out!!! As if theyre saying"the video didnt work so thats not our problem" Although the videos almost always work so I'm don't know if this happens with all of them.
