I've been getting surveys from JD Power Online through websites like Opinion Outpost that I can't do because there are no buttons to start the survey. It's incredibly annoying. JD Posted March 4, 2015 Report Share Posted March 4, 2015 Never had that happen. Clear your cookies for OO and browser cache. I use FireFox for OO and have not had than happen. The JD Power surveys have a lot of mostly red buttons on that initial screen and the start button is usually the last icon IIRC. They do have general instructions at the start of the first page.
