Unauthorized telephone charge from survey company

That problem should be easy to repair. By telling the phone company should have put a stop on it right away. Regardless if you gave them the ok to do it at first, it is now that we tend with. They more than likely will disconnect the phone.

On our telephone bill we have been getting a service fee of 14.95 per month for voice mail.My husband first noticed it 4 months ago and called our telephone company to put a stop on it.Unfortunately even though we had this blocked and written up not to be paid they still are charging our account ....When asked what survey company was doing this they said,at least my husband thinks it was mysurvey.com.

Sounds like "slamming" or "cramming" to me.
