I can get to my info and survey homepage through the old links they sent me. But when I try to cash out or update my profile a login screen comes up(like usual) BUT when I try to click submit after entering my info nothing happens and I cannot login..I tried to call them but the phones were busy. I am a long time member of Opinion Outpost and this is the first time this has happened to me... Things I have tried so far 1) I tried restarting both of my computers and logging in to Opinion Outpost again... no go 2) Tried sending my password to make sure I am logging w/ the correct login and pass...I was...so no problem there but I still couldn't log in with my user/pass 3) Tried new batteries in my wireless mouse(in case it wasn't clicking the submit button right) 4) Search and found a suggestion to clear history and then try to login again....that didn't work either. 5) emailed them about the problem.
