lev Posted May 20, 2015 Report Share Posted May 20, 2015 Long, over a month but they pay. See Terms 'Redeeming Rewards' "Please allow 30 Business Days for the processing of redemption requests." However, send them an email ask what is going on, since well over a month has passed. I find them usually quite helpful. Make sure that the payment is not 'hidden' amongst other transactions . TheDQkid Posted May 29, 2015 Report Share Posted May 29, 2015 I am in the US and when I cashed out with them they sent me an email stating it would most likely be 4 to 6 weeks and they gave me a tentative date of May 27.
