peach6 Posted May 22, 2015 Report Share Posted May 22, 2015 I did that one also but will assume that the visa cards won't be issued until the survey closes I just received it about 2 weeks ago and was mailed off last Monday it was very long and not even sure if I did it right I almost just through it away.i think Ii was the hardest diary I ever did.
