Socratic Forum -anyone have issues emailing them

I've tried emailing them about not receiving my incentive and it kicked back my request.I sent it on on the 22nd of June and just now got the notice.I thought I would start doing them again so I could finally cash out.But I wont if they don'I t answer me.It was a weird -I've never seen this before -does anyone know what it means?I dont want to keep trying to email them if they have closed shop.

I believe this a phishing attempt.

The message I sent to them was thru their own website (Socratic Mobile Forum Idea Shifters - https://socratic.ideashifters.com/). There is absolutely no regular email being sent and certainly no reason to email me about it any delivery failures.

If there really were a problem, Socratic Mobile Forum Idea Shifters would be told....not me.

The regular Socratic Forum website messaging works just fine. ()
