Has anybody had any problems with Mintvine?

Hi everyone,

Has anybody had any problems with Mintvine ?

Yesterday I downloaded one of their offers ( Facebook 3D photo editor) and ended up with a virus. Luckily I am quite competent and managed to get rid of itg, eventually. I emailed them about this and as yet have had no response.

Today I reached 1090 points and clicked on redeem. A message came up saying ''you are not authorised to redeem''.

I have emailed them about this also with no response.

I just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem.

I live in the UK.

Number one rule: Never download anything within surveys or survey sites, just refuse to continue taking it if ever asked to do so. Survey Savvy is the main culprit for that lately. However, I don't understand why they won't pay unless you still have points pending. Keep in mind your account will show you the total amount of points you earned INCLUDING your pending (not yet approved points). It is most likely that all of your 1090 points have not been approved yet. However, I will tell you that they once screwed up in my favor and gave me an extra 60,000 points once and I was able to cash out for $60.00 and they never caught it. Shhhhhh
