Myshopinion sent out the same Tango code multiple times

Went to cash in my Tango gc from them and it said the funds were already issued however they were not in my account.I'm sure this is a mistake .I mean whoever issued these must have ran it multiple times not knowing what they were doing,or at least I hope so.They are with Toluna so who really knows.I mean I wont be doing anymore surveys if they don't get this reconciled.

It appears that MySHOPinion has issued the same code to multiple people. We provide the codes to them and they email them to their recipients. We are in contact with them to find out how they are planning on resolving the issue. We will follow up shortly.
