Survey for people with mentally ill sibling

Hello,

For school I am conducting a major research project on the impact of having a mentally ill sibling. Attached is a survey about this topic, it is quite an easy survey, it is one hundred percent anonymous and would not take long. I would really appreciate it if anyone who had a mentally ill sibling could complete the survey. I know first hand the challenges we face as siblings and any input into the survey would greatly help me create a piece of work that does justice to our unique and varying experiences .
