Don't expect to get correct answers from the Help Center..............I put in 3 request for the same issue of not receiving my 100 points owed to me it was for a product test I did a month ago they emailed me last week from my first request and after checking that I did do the survey they gave me the 100 points today from the second request they said even though there was a technical problem with the survey they were sorry but the survey is now closed and will not be able to give me the 100 points. they already gave the to me what a joke
