Spazmobot
Ok, it's come time for me to downgrade my rating for ACOP. I'm sick of their ridiculous payout timing. They were bad when it was check payments, and so when they decided to offer Paypal, I was ecstatic! With checks, the posted wait time was 4-6 weeks, which is pretty long. Then the first time I cashed out with the PP option, the message told me the wait would be 6-8 wks. Really? Wouldn't PP be a lot less processing and work for them than getting accounting involved in a check? I figured it was an average to keep people from writing to them after a few weeks to ask where their check was... Nope. Every time I cash outnow, I end up waiting past that 8th week ---- (two months!) Then, I have to write to them and ask when I can expect it. When they get around to a response saying it'll be along, then it takes another week or two. It really makes me wonder what would happen if I didn't write? How long would it go on? Would they pay out at all? Or would they just figure I forgot about it and press their luck. I shouldn't have to chase this down two months later - every single time I cash out.... avemaria
i'm at about 12 weeks right now... they were back down to 6 weeks but i don't know what happened...
kaseykernriver
7 months for me...that's when I'd had enough! No reason what...so...ever for that!
ksedwar
On my last cash out I finally had to send an email asking to actually get paid. A week later they paid me. I'm almost to the point of sending an email about the cashout I requested ~12 weeks ago. We shouldn't have to request our cashout twice. I still can't say I want to quit ACOP but I can't keep defending them when they do the same thing to everyone over and over.
avemaria
i got a reply today that says i'm being fast tracked to the top of the list on their next batch of payouts... well yeah but it's been 3 months now..
rosiesmom
I am not going to pretend to understand how these companies pay people. If I owned a company and took 3 months to pay the help, I would say I should probably install a revolving door. No one would stay for long, and I am sure the State's Atty would be knocking on my door with a few questions. I do not understand how they can't just pay people right away. cilana86
I'm surprised they aren't out of business by now. I know many others including myself have unsubscribed from them long ago because of these practices. The panels I am still with now do not take longer than 2 weeks to payout. It's ridiculous to take 3 months or longer.
avemaria
99 days now.. my last one was only 6 weeks which surprised me.. now they're back to 14 weeks plus..
Not-a-Sucker
Back in 2010 and 2011, they paid within a week. Now, the last one I received was over 11 weeks, and that was because I kept bugging them. The one previous to that one was over 17 weeks (yep, 4 months!). I really don't make enough with them that I bother, but as soon as I hit payout level I cash out. Luckily, it's a low level.
1cent2help
Thanks for telling me. I've never cashed out with them. I think i'm going to now.
avemaria
if it's taking them 3 months' worth of labor to deal with cash outs I can't imagine the cost involved in payroll alone.. setting up a simple auto payment system like other companies have shouldn't be hard.. at least auto payments for people who have already been verified.. If they've already taken the time to verify my cash out, why does it have to be done again the next time?

dannyb
I put in a request 10/12/ 2015, and have sent a request to expedite a mere $10.40. I seem to be getting more surveys, but have no intention of doing any until this money is paid. I will then unsubscribe, as it is not worth the aggravation. Cheers all!
