Under "Payment":

"Panelists will be able to convert their incentives into electronic vouchers and shop online through Hallmark's extensive merchant network. You will need 40 points to redeem a gift-card which is worth 5 dollar.

From January 2010 we will introduce PayPal as an incentive payment solution."

Also, site looks unprofessional at best so I checked out the WHOIS info on it; take it for what it's worth but I wouldn't sign up with this panel. Site was just created this year!

Hopefully there will be a few (not me, Sarge) who will volunteer and we'll know more about this site. Does sound a bit fishy at this point - who knows the "launch" date of a website unless they are somehow connected to them? Keep up the good work Jellyfish we're relying on you to keep these guys (and gals) honest.
