I was going to cash out, but when I went to "redeem" my points, I only had 1400. Did they go to a new verification process? I wondered if anyone here had cashed out. I just did a survey this past week, so I could see that it might take a few days to actually credit me for it. If the folks here can't answer this I will go to Pinecone, I just hate to bother them over something that might be a small issue for them to explain. footfree Posted January 31, 2016 Report Share Posted January 31, 2016 I cashed out on the 28th .I had 3600 points, cashed in 2100 and had no problems.However I did notice that they have a new set up then before.Took me a minute to figure out that when I hit the cash option it defaulted to Paypal for cash out.At first I thought they were going to mail me a check.Maybe something got screwed up in the system when they did it.
