Same here. They likely had many users with the same issue and found a flaw in the coding.

 

BTW , just received another Beverage Diary from mysurvey. That makes 3 so far this year. First 2 failed , hopefully the third one works.

 

UPDATE (4/23): Failed again! The entries for the 4th day had been entered and saved. I later logged into the site to do more surveys and the diary was still listed in the surveys started area. Did a short one on hearing aids that I was DQ'd from and was returned to the site. The diary was now in the recent surveys listed as "screened out" and the hearing aid one was in the surveys started area. Simply put , the site itself mixed them up!!
