It said that I had a certain number of points, but when I checked into redeeming them, it was $6 less than what my balance said. That would be 2 surveys. I always used to get credit right away for these and I could redeem quickly. I thought about going to Karen to see, but if someone here knows, it would save me from having to ask her. footfree Posted March 14, 2016 Report Share Posted March 14, 2016 Have they sent you the confirmation email that the funds have been placed in your account?If not then you need to send them a email asking about it.Usually takes 2 to 3 days for funds to be put in your account after doing a survey.
