oldchap Posted April 6, 2016 Report Share Posted April 6, 2016 I keep a log of how many points I've earned on each panel. I get about 2 surveys a month from Opini but noticed the total had dropped. There is a survey history on the account page & it shows for 3 surveys this year the points were awarded, then a week or more later there was an 'adjustment' and the points removed. They've now replied:- "Our client identified a number of quality issues - speed / time to complete the survey considered to fast compared with other survey respondents" So because I was quicker than their estimate then they deduct the points!
