Zoom Panel no response

Has anybody ever called the number on the Zoom website and received a response? You can call at anytime and I thought that is great well it's not when they don't call you back I have called the last 3days and still nothing I had a product I was testing and had not received the follow up survey from them It needed to be done by Sunday so Friday I called the number that was on the directions of the product I was testing they sent me the link within minutes but I wanted to see first if I would get it from the Zoom Panel first because I want my points and of course I didn't and since yesterday was the last day I ended up doing it from the link because I didn't think it was fair for the product I was testing and still have not heard from Zoom.......I want my points........Just Ranting

I quit them a long time ago because I wasn't getting points when I had completed the tasks. I think I only had one test product with them, but I never hear from them.
