POOL/MEMBERSHIP SURVEY FOR PARENTS

Hi! Are you a parent or know one? We are requesting parents to take a short survey on pools and memberships. Please help my group take this survey for our project! We need about 100 more surveys.

I'll do yours if I qualify if it can help us both! (I'm 24, female, a student, work full-time)

I will do a raffle for results! If you post on here how many parents you have been able to successfully complete our survey, each "point" per person will enter you to win a piece of graphic design work from me. This can be like a logo/business card or drawing. Please help us out, it would mean a lot!
