GTM make sure to copy and save surveys

Yesterday I was having trouble logging on to their site but  after some time I got thru.Only to find out the survey I did wasn't credited to my account.Went to check on the survey I did this morning and the site is down.Other people are having troubles themselves so I would advise to copy and save your finished survey's .Hopefully it'll be back up soon.

Their website works better in the late evenings or early morning hours. It has many problems during the day of heavy web traffic. It is very important you keep track of the survey number and the amount of points offered in the invitation. If you have to open a support ticket in their zendesk help system, it is required you have the original survey number to do so.
