questions about panels keeping info if you dont qualify

I ask this question because weve all been told by every survey panel that when you get dq'd. they throw away the info  right? I think we know that isn't always the case. I found out 1st hand that isn't the case for sure. I just tried doing a survey on GTM a few minutes ago, was on it for a good bit, then a page came up telling me I didn't qualify. ok no big deal, EXCEPT, they told me my info that id already given was to be sent to the people who wanted the survey done. well what do ya know about that?!

This is why I stated before that I will not give my home address to a third party when asked. They claim to verify the answers but they don't say why they have to know where my house is!
