Does the BBB help with companies who aren't accredited

I have only went to the BBB one other time and that was with E-rewards.They wouldn't answer my emails and the BBB helped.So I was wondering if they have helped others with their issues or not?Need to file against GTM but I don't want to waste my time if it's not going to work out.Oh screw it I did it just hope I had the right address.I wrote to them on several occasions with no response.We cant let them get away with not paying us.I'll let you all know how it goes.I think anyone who has a issue with a survey company should try to do something to get what they are owed.If we don't stand up for ourselves then we might as well do surveys for free.

I have a friend that went to them and they did try to help her but the company couldn't be found so while they tried it was no use. What they end up doing is putting the company on a bad listing meaning keep away.
