I went to recall password just in case, it says same password, but then when I try to login, it says invalid id or pw. I wrote to cust serv, to no avail. JoeC Posted July 26, 2016 Report Share Posted July 26, 2016 Yes! I have had the same problem for about three weeks now. I have received a couple of emails from them giving me suggestions of what to do but none of those suggestions worked, so they just stopped helping me. I am also now having problems viewing my Rewards. Every time I click on the "Rewards" button, it tells me: "Error: You are not authorized to access this page" So now I can't collect my money I am due for taking the surveys!
