Got $10 Check From Datatelligence After BBB Complaint

I posted previously that Datatelligence ripped me off by offering $10 to do a five day chocolate diary, but then sent a $10 gift code for an overpriced magazine subscription instead. They failed to respond to my emails about this.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and encouraged other people to do their same in an effort to bring their A rating down. Their rating went down to a B.

Yesterday I received a check from them for $10. This in no way excuses their dishonesty and failure to reply to emails about this. I hope their BBB rating continues to drop.

I encourage those of you who were ripped off by Datatelligence to file a complaint with the BBB. I have both the original email promising the $10, and the one with the magazine gift code. You may get the $10 you deserve.
