How i can sign up in I-say panel?

I tried to sign up in i-say panel, but the system does not accept my request, it shows me this message.

I'm guessing they are not accepting any new panelist at this time.You could email them and ask.A lot of times it has to do with age,geographical area and or if your a male or female.Maybe they do not need anymore people fitting with your demographic description.
