beavinator Posted October 24, 2016 Report Share Posted October 24, 2016 Last Tuesday, someone broke into my mypoints account and spent all my points on Walmart gift cards. Fortunately I was able to regain control of my account. I instantly submitted a request via their help form asking if there was anything that could be done to cancel the transactions and have the stolen points reinstated. It's been a week and I haven't gotten a response, other than the automated one. Does anyone know of any better way to contact mypoints? I mean at this point if there WAS anything that could've been done I suspect it's probably too late, but I really can't afford to have nearly $100 worth of hard-earned points stolen from me if it can be helped at all, so I have to try...
