An Amazon gift card offer

I don't know if anyone else did this or not .I do a lot of surveys and sometimes they ask at the end if they can contact you for more surveys by phone .

I usually say yes and never get a phone call but this time I did .

I do not recall which survey place it was ,but I got a call on a follow up about music .

They ask me about Itunes and after I finished she said I was going to be mailed a Amazon gift card .

I was distracted a bit and never thought to confirm who this was from or when I would get said card .

I know I did the survey at the end of January .

I wish I would have thought to collect the info but I did not think of it till after we hung up .

Did anyone else here take a survey like this ?

I even tried to go into my phone records to try and find the number and it shows as private .

I am really bummed about this .

I can not believe I did not think to ask her when it was coming .
