United Sample, Inc is the company that owns surveyhead.com and if they bought e-research.com then they are either selling the domain and consolidating the people they want from r-research.com or its a deal that would require more digging into financials than i am willing. i saw the posts on slickdeals.net but i dont know where that person got the info about a merger.
