factonista Posted April 1, 2010 Report Share Posted April 1, 2010 SurveyHead has a new look - maybe that can explain why they didn't answer customer service inquiries. They spent their time working on their new interface instead. FYI - there are new profiles to answer, including a customer satisfaction survey. It takes longer to complete than I like: lots of buttons, but there are 2 dialog boxes to let them know what you really think. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
