footfree Posted January 26, 2017 Report Share Posted January 26, 2017 By not answering your emails and not giving points for surveys that I have done.In Nov. they gave me my points or answered my requests and I believe I went all the way thru Dec. without a problem,well maybe 1 or 2 hitches that got cleared up .Then the start of the new year hardly any surveys okay fine.Then I get 2 mysurvey surveys and at the end that dreaded popup appears technicalerror_header and no points.I ask for points on deaf ears.I want to say knock ,knock wake up time to go to work.After all this time you really would think they could get their act together if they wanted to.
