Surveyhead taking forever to get credit for some surveys

Back in February I did 2 surveys for $1.00 a piece. They advertise on there site that it can take up to 4-6 weeks to get credit for some surveys. Well I figured it up yesterday and It has been over 16 weeks and still pending! I also have another one back in early April that is for $1.00 and it has been over 9 weeks and still pending. So I sent them an email yesterday on it saying that I want the $3.00 in my account within 3 days or I file a complaint with the BBB and ripoffreport.com!
