Surveyhead - pending surveys and my recourse

I have had ten completed surveys in pending status for over four months now (ten surveys pending since 1/16/10 - 1/29/10) with Surveyhead.com. If I contact them and they don't credit me for these surveys, what other recourse would I have. I have read that some people have filed BBB complaints, or something called ripoffreport.

I just want to know before I contact them, what could I do if they don't credit me for these surveys (BBB, ripoffreport, etc).

i would contact them and give them about a week to credit you. this will get you nowhere of course, but at least you have proof showing you contacted them

then write the BBB (you may be able to just write them without even contacting Surveyhead first)

i had to do this once and it was resolved quickly
