Vindale Screen Out Problem

Is anyone experiencing (again) and issue with supposed screen outs on Vindale?  I have been with them for many years and have had this happen from time to time and when I contact them they normally correct it immediately.  Not this time.  I mean for anyone who has been doing surveys for more than about 30 days you KNOW when you have completed a survey and when it's a normal screen out.  I'm just about to throw int he towel with them
