No response to emails

I hate when I try and do a survey and a error comes up .

Lately on E-Rewards and now Light speed .

They say send emails if there is a problem so I do only to never hear back .

I went to do a survey with lightspeed and it directed me to a TNS page it said enter your log on name and id .

I have no clue what they are usually when stuff like this shows up the page gets auto filled in for me .

But I tried a few words but nope .

Now why in the world would they do this to me ?

E rewards did this also ,though they must have fixed their glitch because I tried a few days later and got in ,didn't qualify but oh wellz .

I hate they say send emails and they don't respond .

The only company I have had them actually reply back in a timely manner is Pinecone

File a complaint with the BBB online. I have filed 6 against survey companies and been awarded the points every time, even one for 7.5 cents worth of points when I didn't get the 25 points for being disqualified at Say Nation. Other people here have done the same thing and been compensated.
