  2. Well, I just redeemed my first $10 doing surveys! It was with Opinion Outpost. Now, let's hope there are no hiccups. I was kinda getting discouraged as I don't qualify for most of them. So, this will keep me going for another couple weeks. I also want to thank Survey Police and everyone here for their posts. It really helps to see what others have gone through, what works, what doesn't and which places to avoid. Thanks!

  3. It's like a turtle race, you just kind of have to keep doing what you can. Usually it doesn't add up too fast, unless you fit a certain demographic. Which, I don't. Congrats on your cash out!

  4. this is the second time i've gotten it with Acop.. they go through the entire process of making you think you're about to watch a 22 minute tv show and it comes to a video showing train tracks with a train riding above... I swear every time I see a train in a video it leads me to being cut from the survey...

  5. I am laughing at the title of your thread. LOL! But you are right, and it isn't just ACOP. I used to get those short commercial ones on different survey sites, and now I can't even qualify for those. Why do they think people aren't watching TV anymore?? And why ask me if I own a dog or a cat in order to watch a cleaning product ad??

  6. A couple - OO, and obviously also surveyspot since it runs off basically the same code, just with way worse payout, so I wouldn't recommend it, but still. Paidviewpoint also pays pretty much instantly. Harrispollonline only pays by Amazon, not paypal, but my experience has been that points post immediately, and payout only takes them about 5-15 minutes when requested. And then of course there's the weird one, mturk, where it's up to the individual requester how long it's going to take them to approve your payment, so it can be anywhere from immediate to weeks, but cashout requests are processed immediately. I know you were asking a rhetorical question, but I felt like answering it anyway. For what it's worth, while I have noticed OO on average paying a bit less than they did a year ago, I still think it's one of the better-paying sites on average. I don't feel like I need to "camp out" - I do feel like the emails they send hardly ever actually correspond to the surveys I get when I click on them, but I usually do have a good handful of surveys waiting every time I visit, at least. They just generally have nothing to do with the email notifications I get from them.

  7. Opinion Outpost has become annoying and my least favorite company. "We're all ears" takes forever and asks really dumb questions. I always disqualify and have been stuck at 20 something points for months. I used to make so much money with them a few years ago. I quit Toluna a year ago for the same reason and thinking of giving OO up also. I get invitations and just have no motivation to try because I am never accepted.

  8. Max, Nov 24, 7:28 AM: Please note, the intital survey you were invited to did not continue. The questions you navigated through were from the second survey that were provided; do to being disqualified from the previous one. Please find your recent account activity below: Second survey v4Cd995tqPFv09 2015-11-21 09:20 2015-11-21 09:20 2015-11-21 09:33 Completed First survey vrjcNHKRSpJ6Qx 2015-11-21 08:57 2015-11-21 09:20 2015-11-21 09:20 Screen Out - First take a look at the date ,then the time - do they really expect people to do a 33 minute survey for nothing? It did not say that NO points were going to be given if I continued .To me this is deceitful and this is why there should be some way for them to be accountable. So my suggestion for you if they ask you one question and you don't qualify exit out and DO NOT continue.I'm still fighting for my measly 500 points it's now stands for ethical treatment. This was my email to them. You asked me 1 question I did not qualify for that question then you preceded - if you look at the time it took to on the screened out portion to complete it took 23 minutes it should never take 23 minutes to be screened out from a survey. Then if you look at the completed part that was another 13 minutes. So in other words 36 minutes and then you have the gall to say I don't deserve any form of payment.I would like to see you work that long and then expect nothing in return.I want my points and I am not going away until I get them.Either that or let me talk to you supervisor.
