  1. So, there have been plenty of complaints on the Mintvine facebook about not being paid on the time frame Mintvine says it should take. I'm now victim of this as well - it's been 72 hours since I cashed out and nothing has shown up in my paypal. I e-mailed them twice yesterday and no response today, so I sent them another message. I told them honestly if I hear nothing from them by Monday, I will be messaging the BBB. I wouldn't mind waiting more than a few days for the payout if you didn't have to wait a ridiculous timeframe of 14 days for your points alone. Edit: Just editing this to say that I finally got my payment - sort of. Got the Mintvine confirmation e-mail, if it's like last time it'll take an hour or so before I get it for sure in my paypal. Took 5 business days to get the confirmation e-mail. Edit 2: Another edit just to tell everyone that Mintvine did say that the problems just be fixed by next week, so if you haven't gotten your payment yet, next week you should get it.

  2. I've seen some people say they had to wait well over a week.

  4. So, the good news is, they didn't actually deactivate your account - if they had, you wouldn't still be getting invitations from them. The other good news, from my experience, if you already successfully requested a cashout, you'll get it (in about a week, cause that's just how long it takes them to process cashouts). The bad news is, this has been going on for months, I've experienced it first-hand, and there've been several forum posts from other people also experiencing it. Basically, it seems like mysurvey is just randomly marking accounts as inactive for no reason, and they seem completely incapable of either fixing the actual underlying issue, or even reliably fixing it for specific people when it happens to them, from what I can see. (My personal experience with it: my account was marked inactive for no reason, they amazingly responded quickly the first time, in about a day, reactivated my account... which was then marked inactive again the next day(!). Emailed them again, it took them about 3 weeks to respond the next time. That time, as soon as I got back in, I did enough surveys to cash out, did that, and was then marked inactivate again later that day, at which point I said screw that, and let them keep it that way.)
