it simply amazes me the way some panels go by their timing clocks, you know when they keep track of how long you've been on a survey. GTM, Univox are just a few I know that are absolutely way off. there have been several with Univox where I spent a great amount of time/finish on a survey, hit the submit button then be told I didn't qualify or some junk. id complain and in their reply they would give me the time I spent on it according to their clock and it would be only 1 minute! do what?!!!!! same thing with GTM, many, many times ive had problems with their surveys in the same way and id get similar answers. "you spent only so and so much time on this particular survey when I know full well what I spent on it. I write down the time down when I start and end on all my surveys. its like talking to a wall.
