This is shocking..they must've came into some cash because I redeemed for a $10 Amazon cert & a $10 Cineplex card yesterday & received the codes today...almost fell off my chair..it was like 3-4 weeks before for redeeming anything....if anyone is trying to redeem before Christmas I'd say do it now before they go back to 3-4 week before delivery... Two thumbs up for them for once

  2. Pinecone is a Nielson company. I don't believe there really is/was a Karen Scott. Just a name so the support tickets went one place.

  3. That was the old Karen Scott. My experience with her was the same. Always helpful and the responses were not canned ones. Not so with the new "Karen Scott" , at least in my experience. The responses , if you got one , were either a canned response that often had nothing to do with the question or one in broken English.
