  2. Glad you found it. Yeah, they've always been very good about paying me when they say they're going to. I don't think there's ever once been a time that a payment wasn't here on the date they said it would be paid.

  6. I'm not sure what there would be to fix because mine's been working fine... I can redeem and the payment is always sent on the exact day they said it would arrive.... I haven't had any issues with the redeem button at all.

  7. I emailed customer service, they emailed back to try other browsers, I did, it didn't work and I told them. Today I received an email that said: I have just redeemed the points on your behalf. Have a lovely day! Please let us know if you have any other issues. I checked my account and saw this; Withdrawal Status $25 Money Redeemed via paypal Expected Date: Dec 13 2017. At least I getting most of the money. But that doesn't mean that they fixed the issue. I hope we don't have to have them redeem for us from now on. This still needs to be fixed. Also can't sign on their forum and today couldn't post anything.

  9. I don't care how fast or slow a place pays. My problem is a company that takes your points like it costs them money to store them. This is why I'm quitting them.
