  1. I don't do all that bad there. I generally can cash out for a $25 Walmart card at least 4 times a year. The only issue I have is that their cash out process sees my rotary dial phone as VoIP and fails. Contacting support (who are aware of the issue) has always gotten the redemption (they manually do it). If you are not getting surveys and you have been all along , as Marks posted , ask Emily "account status" or "no surveys" and file a ticket. The account has likely been put in temporary paused status by their system. You can also email them at [email protected] or send a private message via their Facebook page.

  2. I used to have that happen, and apparently I may have clicked a button here or there and agreed to their terms and stuff. I can do good with them in the summer, but not any other time of the year.
