  1. Has anyone successfully redeemed anything from them recently or have a valid contact number? My last redemption was June 2019 which was fine. Now all of a sudden when I tried to redeem their site is claiming my birthdate doesn't match their records & there isn't anything on the site to check your profile to see what they show it is so the redemption just sits there and will not process Any contact number I found either rings busy it shouldn't be busy at 2am...or is dead & they don't respond to their contact us form (if you can actually get it to work)

  2. Completely agree on the bias of these surveys. I'm actually surprised I'm given the incentives for my answers LOL.

  3. These are some of the thing I put in when asked those personal questions depending how I feel at the time. I am not comfortable giving you that information. This one lets me continue most of the time. I don't want to give you that information. I wouldn't want you turning it over to the gov if they ask. And I especially don't want you to have this info for free, you are not paying for it and if I dq you get my info and I get nothing. - this one always get an instant dq I am not comfortable giving you that information.I also think it violates my privacy and you are not paying for the info. You are violating GDP by asking this.

  4. As soon as I can cash out I'm dumping them

  5. I just cashed out for $5 Amazon code last week and it came within 10 minutes. It took me six months to get a lousy $5 code, so I've decided to dump them. Too much effort for such a small reward. I hope you can find a way to successfully contact them and get your account straightened out so you can redeem.

  9. hopefully the BBB will light a fire under them but I'm not optimistic if not maybe one of the tv stations consumer affairs dept might run with it

  10. Next on the pub juke box is one of my favorite songs from the classic rock group Rush, who hail from Canada. I like the message that life is a crap shoot, and you have to get out there, take your chances, rock and roll the bones. I love the line 'the night has a thousand saxophones'.

  11. I need to do that myself. Seems like I spend more time answering all the pre-qualify questions than actually taking that many surveys with them. There are also far too many glitches, I'll click on the link of an e-mail sent and get some sort of error notice.

  12. I am seriously considering doing something like that myself as I find most everything I watch now is online. Probably not totally cut cable, but go to a basic package sort of combo.

  13. We recently cut the cable and realized we were addicted to cable TV. We signed up for Netflix, which I love, then Amazon Prime, then I added Curiosity Stream, and now we have Philo. We were paying $120 just for cable TV, and now we get almost everything we want for under $40.

  14. you could make a complaint on bbb to get your money. i saw there some complaints about this website and the complainers had success to get their accounts or money back, so give it a try. this website is known for blocking accounts according to many complaints on sites like trustpilot. i don't know, why they do all this random blocking. they do it with new and old accounts, so the age of an account means nothing. the previous site, globaltestmarket, didn't had this problem.

  15. Yeah, I have seen some interesting stuff in political surveys lately. A lot of them have questions on how I feel about investigations, impeachment, what direction the country is going to, etc. I think things will continue to get more interesting, and more biased in the surveys as we get closer to the election.

  16. I often see some subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) bias in these political surveys. The way they're constructed, for example, steering you to answer a certain way or even the actual wording of the questions. That's why even though I do surveys, I disregard the findings. Think by now we all know how misleading/wrong surveys, polls, etc. can be. (Edit to include something else I just thought of.) These sort of surveys also can be factually flawed. Recently had two similar surveys asking whether I would support or oppose certain legislation in my state. Problem was that two of the pieces of legislation had already been proposed, put on the ballot, voted on, passed and enacted...as much as three years ago! I pointed this out in both the first and second survey (in the survey comments section), but I begin to suspect that when you're asked for comments about a survey, they often are ignored, wasting my time and very rudimentary keyboard skills.

  17. Can't say I've ever tried the expanded paid versions of YouTube, but I do like the regular one. Pretty amazing all the random stuff you can find there, I was watching one the other day with people going through the new Star Wars world at Disney which was fun, and around Halloween I watched one with folks going through the Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. Kind of like getting to see the thing without being there.

  18. I finished a survey on InboxDollars and no credit. James at InboxDollars got my points. He was very helpful.

  20. Has anyone had any experience with Nectar Canvass? They award Nectar points for surveys. It's not a great earner for me, but I do them if bored and/or desperate. The surveys are usually shortish but the other day I did a lengthy one asking for lots of details about recent transactions with various retailers. It promised 80 points. I received none, so emailed them to complain and ask for the points I had rightfully earned. They replied that I did not do the survey I had originally been invited to, but had been redirected to another one, and that this one offered a different reward (in fact, in this case, evidently 0 points for about 20 minutes). I responded in a robust manner and wait to see if they contact me again. I'm not a happy bunny today!
